The problem. Dr. Justin Jones runs two very different practices — forensic (attorneys, high-stakes litigation) and clinical (patients and families) — but had no digital presence that matched his standing or spoke clearly to either audience.
The discovery. One brand couldn’t address both audiences the same way. The site had to send an attorney and an anxious patient to completely different content in a single click, while proving serious authority to both.
The decision. I designed a dual-practice architecture — separate Forensic and Clinical areas with their own pages and contact routing — anchored by a credential wall (Columbia, Yale, Emory, Mount Sinai), a downloadable forensic CV, multilingual reach (EN/FR/DE/IT) and book-launch capture, fully integrated with The Kimberly Center site.
The result. Dr. Jones now has a coherent, authoritative presence: attorneys and patients each find the right path immediately, and he is proud to put his name and face on it. The same client trusted me to build both of his sites.
