The problem. Mental-health care is a decision built entirely on trust — yet the clinic’s online presence didn’t carry the weight of its clinicians’ credentials or the depth of its care. Patients arriving in crisis couldn’t quickly tell what the Center treated, or how to take the first step.

The discovery. The real gap wasn’t visual design — it was clarity and reassurance. Anxious visitors and their families needed complex, specialised treatments (DBT, TFP, MBT) explained in plain language, and one obvious next action on every page.

The decision. I built a calm, editorial multi-page site: a dedicated page for each treatment and condition, clinician credentials and “what to expect” placed exactly where hesitation appears, and click-to-call, map and contact on every path — HIPAA-aware wherever patient information is involved.

The result. The Center now has a digital front door that matches the calibre of its care. Patients, families and referring clinicians land on something authoritative and reassuring — and the team is genuinely proud to send people to it.
